Work from Home UK – how it works

Work from Home UK is not a recruitment agency, and we do not process applicants.  As an employer, we give you the opportunity to list your work from home positions, targeted specifically towards people who want to work from home, and they can make contact or apply directly to you.  Think of us as another string to your bow.

We are building a niche business targeting people who specifically want to work from home or have WFH opportunities to offer.  As such, we are storming our way to the top of the search engines to ensure we are right there waiting, when people search for a work from home job.  Many people don’t want to go through the rigmarole of signing up to a recruitment agency or job website and many employers don’t necessarily want the expense of running a listing under these circumstances.  There are people out there who have experienced working from home during the Covid pandemic and subsequent lockdowns, who now find themselves back in the office.  They might think that a WFH job is but a pipe-dream, but would like the opportunity to browse listings and maybe reach out to potential employers to test the waters.

Likewise, some employers might think that they can make a position remote, but don’t want to invest too much in creating a dedicated position and advertising it in the usual ways without, again, first testing the waters.  Think of us like a dating service!  We make the introduction, and it’s up to you to see if you hit it off!
